Raw or Cooked?


Are you a cauliflower lover? Do you like it raw or cooked? It may not smell all that great when you cook it but it sure does taste good. All you really need is to steam a handful of florets and add some butter. If you steam it in the microwave it takes only minutes. It’s perfect as a quick side for dinner. If you prefer eating cauliflower raw, then make a salad. Chop up some broccoli and cauliflower, add them to a bowl along with raisins, sunflower seeds and a little shredded cheese. Toss these ingredients together with mayonnaise and you’ll have a delicious salad in no time!
